What are the English Test scores required for OSPAP?

Evidence type 1a: IELTS - You will need an IELTS score of overall 7.0, with no less than 7 in each components (reading, writing, listening and speaking), at one sitting of the test.

Evidence type 1b: OET - You will need 'Pharmacy OET' score of least a B in each components (reading, writing, listening and speaking), at one sitting of the test.

What are the English Test scores required to join the Pharmacy Technician Diploma?

There is no specific English Test score required to join the Pharmacy Technician Diploma, however, learners are required to have as a minimum equivalent of GCSE English at Grade C.

Do you work closely with the GPhC panel members?

GPhC is a national entity so no college or training provider work closely with their panel. However, our team has a vast experience of working in this sector, and understand GPhC's requirements.

How long does the Pharmacy Technician Diploma takes to complete?

The Pharmacy Technician Diploma takes 24 months to complete. For anyone who is an overseas qualified and overseas registered Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician, we offer additional support.

Do I need to be working in a Pharmacy environment while studying?

Yes, to enroll in the Pharmacy Technician Diploma program, learners must be employed or in a training role at a suitable pharmacy-related workplace for a minimum of 14 hours per week. A learning agreement must be established before the course begins between the training provider, the learner, and the employer. This agreement ensures that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and that all requirements of the qualification can be fulfilled.
